Ibragimov Brothers Group (IBG): construction, fit-out and interior design in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We design interiors and build them with our own site teams.
Working in Dubai since 2023, more than 50 homes
The company behind the brand has been licensed in Dubai since 2023; its details and licence number are at the bottom of this page. Since then we have completed more than 50 homes, among them apartments in the towers of Dubai Marina and JLT, residences on Bluewaters and Saadiyat Island and villas on Palm Jumeirah. Every one of them started the same way, with a visit to the property and a conversation about how the owner wants to live there.
Design and construction in one company
Because the people who design the project also build it, the drawings are made to be built and the estimate is made to hold. The designer knows what a detail costs. The site manager knows why it was drawn that way. You do not have to referee between them.

We come to the property, listen to what you want, measure everything and check the condition of the structure and services.

Concept and estimate
You get a layout, a material direction and an itemised bill of quantities, so the budget is clear before any work begins.

Drawings and approvals
We prepare the working drawings and handle the NOC from the developer and the permits the building requires.

Construction and fit-out
Civil works, MEP, finishes and joinery run to a fixed schedule. You receive regular photo and video reports.

Furnishing and handover
We install furniture, lighting and decor, clear the snag list together with you and hand over the keys.
