People judge an interior by what is in it. The same room with the right rug, the right lamp over the table and three objects on a shelf looks like a different property.

How the selection works

1. The brief. How many people live here, who visits, whether there are children or pets, what moves across from the old home, and the budget room by room.
2. A plan first. Pieces are chosen against a drawn layout with real dimensions, so a sofa is not found to be too deep on the day it arrives.
3. A proposal per room. Every item with a photograph, its size, material and price, in one document you can approve, swap or delete line by line.
4. Samples where they matter. Fabrics, curtain materials and rug wools are seen in daylight against the finishes of the room, not on a screen.
5. Ordering. One order list per supplier, with the delivery address, access conditions and fitting requirements attached.
6. Tracking. Confirmations, production updates, shipping, clearance and storage until the home is ready for it.

What the lead times depend on

We never name a date before the supplier confirms it, but what the wait depends on is always the same: whether a piece is in stock in the UAE or made to order, whether the fabric is standard, whether it travels by sea or by air, how clearance goes and, above all, how quickly each choice is approved. Curtains and rugs can only be measured once the finishes are done, and upholstery is usually the longest line on the list. So we order in the sequence the site needs, not the catalogue’s.

What you approve

The layout, every piece with its price, the fabrics and finishes, and the final order list. Nothing is ordered without you, and a change after an order is placed is only possible while the supplier allows it: the approval stage is worth its time.

Delivery and handover day

Deliveries are booked with building management, the lift and corridors protected, and where possible everything arrives in one planned run instead of a dozen vans. Furniture is assembled, art and mirrors hung, rugs laid, curtains fitted, lamps connected, and the packaging leaves with us. Then the rooms are styled: books, ceramics, plants, the table set. The last step is cleaning and a walk-through, where anything damaged in transit is replaced. That is how the apartment in Vida Residences, Dubai Marina was handed over.

For rent and for sale

A furnished apartment on Bluewaters Island, in Dubai Marina is easier to rent out and to sell than an empty one. We furnish investment properties with a clear budget per room and durable materials that stand up to tenants.

On its own or with a renovation

Furnishing can be ordered separately, for a new apartment with a developer finish, or as the last stage of a turnkey project after the interior design and the fit-out. The site visit is free: we measure, photograph the rooms and write an itemised estimate in which every piece, every delivery and the installation are separate lines, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
